Some of the best cycling action in the south of England can be found on the North and South Downs – and this links the two as the routes combine both Sussex and Surrey to give you a day of frequent mild climbing action and sublime scenery on a carefully selected series of quiet and sheltered rural roads.
These moderately hilly surroundings will not pose too much of a threat, making for more of what could be described as a lumpy section of terrain until the finish line. Short and sharp hills will present themselves occasionally but you’re likely to appreciate the rolling roads that stand between you and a finisher’s medal, t-shirt and PowerBar recovery product waiting for you at the finish line.
Event Includes:
Event centre facilities and parking, Mechanical support, Medical support, Full route marking, Rider public liability insurance, Feed Stops on-route, Free energy drink energy snacks, Electronic chip timing, Bike wash facilities, Pick-up wagons, T-shirt & medal, Web results service, Online certificates, on site catering, Event photography by SportivePhoto, Retail Opportunities

I prefer "dressing for the destination" - so if I want woke headgear I'll just put my thinking cap on, thanks.
