Salisbury Racecourse, Netherhampton, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP2 8PN
Epic Route: 32miles
Standard Route: 21miles
Short Route:13miles
Salisbury Race Course sits above a stupendous riding area, rich with a mixture of ancient drove tracks and winding descents and climbs. Now is your chance to experience what this area has to offer as you start cycling on the Old Shaftesbury Drove track, dipping in and out of the valley taking in the wooded wonderland of Knighton Woods.
At the first course split, the standard riders drop down into Broad Chalke, a quaint little village, whilst epic riders do a longer loop of single tracks, steep climbs and peachy descents, before dropping back to join the standard riders.
You will then be in for a treat with a couple of tasty 'up and downs' before riding the last little tester loop. Then it's time to head back to base to pick up your medal and event t-shirt.
