The spinning video is interesting, he claims it’s a turning of the cogs yet the wheel seems to be touching the floor when he’s rolling the bike, then accelerates as he lifts the wheel…

They are 2 almost seperate snippets though.
You see him turning the pedals in the second video but if you watch the first again the wheel is in contact with the floor and the bike moving slowly, then no pedal contact, then wheel spinning fast.
I’m not one for conspiracies generally speaking but don’t think the second video fully explains the first – though i do recognise the first isn’t conclusive either due to position of the bloke walking by…
Second video – he turns crank
Second video – he turns crank, picks bike and turns it around => beginning of first video. The footage is overlapping and reasonably clear, I really can’t see anything suspect there at all myself.
