The bag needs to have an 'upside-down pocket' that slides over the inverted U bar on the mount, so other (non-InLock) bags are not going to work.

Doesn't appear to attach near the dropout, but one of the three thingies is to attach it to a suitable point on a rack stay.

Maybe I'm being a bit thick here. So this is a side panel that attaches to your current rack and costs 25 quid per side? I assume it also attaches to the frame near the rear dropout but I could not see any details on this. Does it work with any panniers or just select Thule panniers?

@AidanR More cool, clearly looked at the course and thought it's a TT, the weight saving is going to be more important than braking. We know who beat whom!

@mdavidford Reminds one of a very old comedy sketch – Not the 9 o'clock News, maybe? – with a racehorse owner whose horse had come last coming into the stables after the race and apologising to the horse for giving him such a rubbish jockey and sticking the jockey in the knacker's van.

Its strange to budget off of money you never had. There is no way they could ever know how many of those cyclists would have otherwise visited the town. In fact many may of visited precisely because they could cycle and not be burdened with extortionate parking charges. In which case they probably made more money in the town from visitors paying into the local economy. But they fail to see that side. Better to have money trickle through you economy benefitting businesses than just a parking tax.

But compared to the Saturday Night Live, or Like (sic) sketch it's not bad. Maybe I'm an out of touch old git with a cycling dependency, but that wasn't funny. Nor was it amusing, not so much as the hint of a smile. Just very silly, inaccurate and absurd. To call it drivel would be a compliment. Still, at least now I know what not to watch on Saturday nights. The US version is infinitely better.
