Saturday 20th May sees the 2017 Tour Series arrive in Bath so we thought we’d make a weekend of all things cycling by planning a rideout from our office the day before (Friday 19th) and you’re all invited.

If you’ve been on one of our rideouts before you’ll know how much fun they are but if you haven’t here is what to expect on the day;

  • Pre-ride coffee/tea and nibbles
  • Green Park Station Bike shop mechanics available for any fettling before the off
  • Choice of two routes led by the editorial team
  • Post-ride food and drinks
  • road.cc Schwagaway

These timings may change but we basically get together at our office for 11am for a bit of meet and greet where you’ll be able to chat with the road.cc staff while taking a look at the current bikes we’ve got in on test.

After a quick rider briefing we’ll head off through Bath towards the countryside for a couple of hours riding in the rolling hills of Somerset and Wiltshire. We always offer a couple of different routes, something like a 25-30 miler and a 35-40 miler, you decide which you want to ride on the day.

On arrival back at the office it’ll be time to refuel where you’ll find plenty to top up those empty legs, it’s not unheard off for there to be a table full of fresh pizza and a fridge stacked with chilled beer and wine.

The only thing left to do is to see if luck is on your side when it comes to the Schwagaway, our lucky dip box full of cycling goodies.

It’s all completely free too!

Places are limited so get yourself over to here and register, we’ll see you there.
