The assault took place in Leicester on Wednesday 7 October at around midday, on Groby Road at the junction with Blackbird Road .
The victim was pushing his bike across Groby Road beside the medical centre when he was involved in a verbal altercation with the driver of a black vehicle. During the altercation the driver assaulted the victim.
