The London Cycling Campaign (LCC) has issued an appeal for cyclists of all persuasions to join it for a photoshoot at its offices near London Bridge on Saturday 21st January – not the 14th, as originally advised, due to "unforeseen gremllins."

LCC is inviting the capital’s cyclists, with or without a bike, to join it at its office at 2 Newhams Row, London, SE1 3UZ between 1pm and 4pm to get their portrait taken by a professional photographer to help publicise its Go Dutch campaign.

It promises that the portrait  will only take five or ten minutes of your time – although it adds that “Hopefully, you'll have time for a cup of tea and a chat too.”

Attendees are promised a “a high-quality studio-style portrait for your collection (if you want one).”

Go Dutch, LCC’s main campaign in the coming month, “is calling on the mayoral candidates to pledge to make London a more liveable city for everyone by making our streets as safe and inviting for cycling as they are in Holland.”
