The clocks have gone back, Christmas really isn’t that far away, and there are some great cycling deals around if you look hard enough! We’re kicking off with an exclusive offer for The Outsiders performance training app, followed by a stonking GPS computer deal, massive discounts on kit, up to 40% off road bikes, and loads more…
Grab a free 7-day trial of The Outsiders performance training app and get your first year half price with this exclusive offer
If you’ve tried other fitness apps and are struggling to make sense of all the data, The Outsiders is for you. Designed for your iPhone paired with an Apple Watch or Garmin Connect, The Outsiders gives you one simple readiness score based on training load, sleep and other metrics that tells you when to push hard and when to rest.
From the folks behind the popular Gentler Streak health and fitness app, The Outsiders is for those who don’t necessarily want to keep things gentle, with a performance focus. The design is all killer no filler, with metrics you need on the screen rather than lots of graphs that even the most committed data nerd would struggle to make sense of. It’s not just an all-round fitness app either, with all the essential cycling metrics and data you need such as FTP, power zones, efficiency factor, plus training intensity guidance.
There are no accounts to sign into, ads or questionable AI models on the app: all the analysis happens on your iPhone, and it’s this simplicity that helped The Outsiders to bag an App Store Editors’ Choice award, and reach the finals of the prestigious Apple Design Awards 2026. This offer is valid for road.cc readers until 31 December 2026 – get started with a free trial now!

The cheapest GPS bike computer around? The Cyclus G1 GPS computer is still just £23.41 at Amazon
We assumed this crazy low price was just for Amazon’s October dealsfest, but the offer is still live. Some things are immune to relentless inflation and rising interest rates, then!
For just over 20 quid, you can get a whole GPS cycling computer – albeit very basic, but if you just want speed, distance and time, this little unit could serve you very well indeed. It also has a runtime of 55 hours, an automatic backlight, and weighs just 70g.

Like Rapha, and the colour pink? The classic Core jersey is down to just £44
Usually Rapha’s Core jersey is £89, but if you’re a fan of pink (or ‘Dusty Mauve’ according to Rapha, but it looks more pink than purple to us) you can currently bag one for less than half price. Perfect for all-day riding in the heat, you might be best stocking up now and using it on the turbo/under your winter jacket until the warmer months.
The Fresh Green colourway is also down to £62, and the women’s version in the Cornflower blue colour is down to £51 too.

The Pinarello F7 with Ultegra Di2 shifting is just £4,299 at Sigma Sports, down from £7,000
Often when we talk Pinarello the price is approaching five figures, so to see the Italian brand’s Dogma-inspired F7 down to (dare we say it) ‘affordable’ figures is great news if you were after one as a very deluxe early Christmas present to yourself.
You’re getting carbon wheels and Shimano Ultegra Di2 here, so it’s ready to race and a lot of bike for the money. Sigma has small, medium and large sizes left in both the Razor Red and Razor Black colourways.
Get the Pinarello F7 Ultegra Di2 road bike for £4,299, saving 39%
Another great deal on an Italian classic: get the Colnago V4 Ultegra Di2 for just £4,199, saving 30%
The discount isn’t quite as deep as the Pinarello, but this Colnago V4 is £100 less with pretty much the same spec. If you’re after something with skinnier tubes and more endurance-focused, the V4 is an excellent place to invest.
A monocoque frame, 12-speed Shimano Ultegra groupset and Vision SC45 Carbon I23 wheels complete the package, and Sigma has various sizes in stock. Usually this bike would set you back £6k.

Got a bit less to spend and after a smaller size? The Trek Emonda ALR 5 is now just £1,249 at Tredz
If you’re after a small size bike at a very good price, Trek’s Emonda ALR 5 is down to just £1249.99 from £1,900 in a size 47cm. This very capable all-rounder has full internal cable routing, Shimano 105 12-speed shifting and hydraulic disc brakes, a spec that would have been highly impressive at the original price.
After a bigger size? If you can stretch the budget a little further, Tredz currently have the Trek Domane on sale at £1,999, with sizes 50cm through to 58cm all available at the time of writing. That also has a full Shimano 105 groupset.

Deal of the year? The women’s Assos Trail jersey is down to a silly £4.50 at Sigma Sports!
We had to double check this but it’s real: the Assos women’s TRAIL jersey – with an RRP of £80 – is down to just £4.50 at Sigma! Hopefully it’s not a glitch…
Assuming it’s not and Sigma just need to clear some, you might as well buy a few for wearing around the house.

Grab a Garmin Edge 540 for just £239.99 at Tredz, saving you £70
The Edge 550 came out earlier this year, which means there are some great deals on the previous gen with no real trade-offs according to our expert reviewers.
The 540 comes with almost all the bells and whistles of Garmin’s higher end 840 and 1040 models in a more compact size, and is the middle ground GPS most Garmin fans go for to balance budget with performance. Tredz’ current price of £239.99 is the lowest we can find right now, and gives you a lot of bike computer for your money.

Need a new chainset? Shimano’s 12-speed RS520 is down to just £39.99 from an RRP of £124.99!
If you’re after a 12-speed Shimano chainset replacement then you won’t find a cheaper one than this – this is Shimano’s entry-level 12-speed double chainset so slightly heavier than the 105, Ultegra or Dura-Ace equivalents, but it will certainly do the job on your winter bike or turbo trainer bike.
It can be used with Shimano external or press-fit bottom brackets, and it’s made with lightweight anodised aluminium as standard.
Get the Shimano RS520 chainset for just £39.99, saving you 68%
