I'm too fat for most carbon bikes (most of the ones I looked at were 100Kg max rider), so have just got a Planet-X Hurricane (titanium) which was 2k and it's is awesome!
My choice would be the Rose Team GF Four Ultegra.
7 kilos - complete Ultegra (no sneeky substitutions).
Beautiful paintjob.

Excellent finishing kit

Plus: its customisable on the website so that you can custom-build your dream spec. But, as Tour Magazine (which has just given the bike a near-record 1.5 score) said "why would you want to".
