From under the shadow of York Minster to the looming presence of the Eiffel Tower this 5 days of cycling will be an unforgettable experience.
2018 DATES
May 15-20
June 5-10
June 26-1 July
September 11-16
Setting out from under the beautiful south facade of York Minister cyclists will experience the gentle undulations and stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds before an overnight ferry to the historic Belgium city of Bruges. From here we hit the flatlands of northern France, experiencing some of the iconic climbs of the Tour of Flanders as well as having a go on the bone crunching cobbles of the Paris-Roubaix cycle race, one of the toughest in the world.
Other highlights will include the Great War cemeteries of the Pas de Calais region and shaded forests of the national parks north of Paris, before we make our final approach to the French capital, riding up the legendary Champs Elysees before finishing in front of the Eiffel Tower.
FEEDBACK FROM 2017
"A huge ‘thank you’ for organising such an adventure for us. Now that I’m home and well rested, I feel I’ve accomplished a considerable feat. I’m very grateful and appreciate all the hard work each of you put into our trip. I loved it. I loved meeting and cycling with new friends too – thank you."
Liz Nicholls (September)
"Thanks for a thoroughly entertaining well organised trip. A great group of people that have helped create some fantastic memories."
Richard Gilliard (September)
"Thanks very much for a fabulous week. It far exceeded our expectations and was both a challenge and a great week’s holiday. We couldn’t fault the organisation and the guidance during the ride was excellent. We’d certainly be up for any future routes you do."
