Upon its unveiling at 2024’s Eurobike, Amflow and its introduction of DJI’s Avinox motor have taken the e-mountain bike world by storm. Boasting big power, light weight, and a decent-capacity battery, the brand has literally saved bike shops from closing, thanks to the hype around that very motor. It appears that Amflow is working on a sequel.

It comes as no surprise either, as at 2025’s Eurobike, Amflow released a survey asking riders, potential customers, and anyone who’s interested what they would like from a new bike from the brand. But furthering the story, we’ve stumbled upon a leaked photograph of what could be that very bike.

Found on the Not Another MTB Channel YouTube channel, the image shows a stealthy black bike that is clearly driven by an Avinox motor. Whether it’s a new unit or the existing one, we can’t tell, but at face value, the bike looks very unassuming, despite looking very ‘Specialized’.

The giveaway that makes us believe that this bike is a new Amflow is both the Avinox motor, but, more importantly, what looks like an Amflow logo on the rear wheel. I can’t name another brand that runs Amflow-branded hoops.

What we can see is that Stumpjumper-esque frame, which is a running theme for the brand, as the current PL bikes have received similar comments. The bike looks a little longer, which would be a welcome change, and it seems that the bike here runs a pair of 29in wheels. If we look a little closer at the heavily blurred image, there may be some kind of flip chip on the chainstay, which, if correct, may enable the bike to run mullet and 29in wheels, or simply alter its chainstay length.

Whether or not this is something we can expect from Amflow in the future, we’re not sure, but we’ll keep our ears to the ground and report back.
