the transfer window shuts at the start of the stage, not hours before. or at least it does here

Sorry for my tardy reply - time here in Sydney is now 8.30pm, which I think translates to 11.30am London time?
Actually, I just managed to squeeze in my transfers today by a matter of minutes, so I guess the closing time fluctuates with the start of the stage.
So maybe if the transfer window could stay open until 11am London time, is that doable? Not sure when the stages start in Italy - of course we wouldn't want it to be open once the race has started.
What time is it RIGHT NOW in Sydney? To save me looking up and then I can figure times out
But I can't see things being changed, because it needs to end before the stage starts, so that people aren't holding off to see who's in the break
