groupsets for small hands
I have small hands and have been using Campagnolo Veloce. I'd like to switch to disc brakes and electronic shifting. Has anyone with similar issues tried an Ultgra Di2 disc setup?

Moving away from the braking issues Di2 also gives you the option for satellite/climbing and sprint shifters which can make changing gear easier. I used to run 6870 and have relatively small hands and had no issues braking from the drops with two fingers on rim brakes - discs are going to give you more stopping power anyway. If you wan't to steer away from hydro discs there's always the option of TRP HY/RD or Juin Tech R1s which will give you loads of power.
How small are your hands, like Trump sized?
You can adjust the lever reach on Di2 shifters which will bring the levers approx 10 mm closer to the bars. See this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Su5IYNHfEg
The new Dura Ace 9100 and Ultegra 8000 are quite a bit smaller than the current generation hydraulic levers. The current 105 is huge, as is the SRAM.
You can alter the reach slightly on the hydraulic Di2 setups. It would need careful bleeding of the hydraulics so to give instant bite before too long pull on lever. Pop down to local bike shop with Shimano hydro levers/di2 to test
