Landis?
Very annoyed I didn't switch out Arroyo for Landa, if I had I would have been 4th on the stage
Quite disappointed with my score today. Going into the last 800m or so i had 6 battling it out and none of them came in the top 6 !
It would of been nice to get a few of them top 5.
Landa doing really well for Astana. Nice to see some other riders getting in on the action while Nibali is away.
Here are todays sprints
http://vueltapaisvasco.diariovasco.com/2014/clasificaciones/etapa4-vitor...
Where can we find a sprint table?
Damn kept Arashiro in so yet again missed full house by 1 rider!
2,8,9,10,11,15
And zee vinners today be
1 Panniers of Panache after_rain 165
1= BJP Racing Team Ben Phippen 165
Well, I think points should be scored on the 'points'!
After all:
Oh. I already said that, didn't I?
Nice job! Cool accent!
How come you know the winners already but the game is still updating? Do you enter the data, lookup the winners and then run the general update of the game scoring?
2,9,10,11,15 with 10 penalty points, will be bang average I reckon
Just 4,10,12,15 for purist
How are points being scored in this competition and young rider? That's the points standing rather than the points for everything.
Points are being scored on the sprints. Not the finish line points.
There is no young rider jersey in this tour also no "combative/basque" rider competition, so there were loaded in, thinking there would be.
Here we go:
PV 1_0.png
2,8,10,11,15 ok I suppose.
Purist better 2,4,8,10,12,15
Not so good in the end today. How well I do will probably hinge on how many break points Durasek picked up.
Capture_12.JPG
2,9,10,11,12,16
could of been better
Will it stick?
EDIT: No, no it wont.
Original break caught, Txurruka off the front, OPQS/Tinkoff leading the peloton.
I spoke too soon
Some strong riders in there so still got my fingers corssed that it sticks but we'll see. Other than Durasek I was set up for a GC shoot-out so I'm happy either way.
Durasek ( ) is the sole leader with a 48' gap with 23km to go.
Andy Schleck still near the front... that's a turn-up.
About halfway, peloton split into two groups with a break of six up the road:
Roy, Durasek, Dumoulin, Rolland, Spilak, Bakelandts
Swift and Matthews out. Gesink and Kiserlovski in. Nieve was 1pt too expensive
Contador, Valverde, Landa, Arroyo, Villella, Peraud, Gesink, Kiserlovski, Cunego
Gerrans DNS btw
Cunego
Valverde
Nieve
Landa
Villella
Peraud
Montaguti
Arashiro
Contador
20 pens for me
I think most of Ratto's mountains points were for a breakaway stage he won in the Vuelta.
Gone without Kwiat, might be a mistake, but a bit costly
Valverde
Tejay
Contador
Cunego
Peraud
Nieve
Villella
Chaves
Hansen
Ratto has scored 263 points in the last 12 months, 101 of those were on SF stages so I assume that goes a long way to classing him as a climber. Only 27 of his total points were scored on flat stages.
Its funny how the game has Ratto as KM yet he's always around for a sprint ? Kept him in for today hoping he can top ten or better.
Swift, Matthews, Ratto out
Kwiatowski, Cunego, Villela in
Contador
Valverde
Kwiatowski
Peraud
Cunego
Villela
Durasek
Fedrigo
Arroyo
I had a spare transfer and considered a swap of Arroyo for Landa but in the end stuff with what I had.
Mikel Landa (AST)
Michal Kwiatkowski (OPQ)
Alejandro Valverde (MOV)
Alberto Contador (TSB)
David Arroyo (CJR)
Matteo Montaguti (ALM)
Jesper Hansen (TSB)
Davide Villella (CAD)
Jean-Christophe Peraud (ALM)
