Are we correct in thinking this game is on it’s last legs TER? Certainly starting to sound that way.ive been laptopless all week, and its still not fixed. This is the first time I have come on since last sunday. So ive not been able to set it up. (even if id managed to set it up I couldn’t make it live, nearly happened with Poland but Dave made it live).If I can fix something I normally do, but there is a lot that I cant even fix, or wouldn’t know how to, which is pretty much everything outside of the scores or riders in the race.
Perhaps youcan get in touch with Dave, to see what he has to say. It doesn’t seem that he reads the threads on this particular forum.
I do hope you are wrong. Second year playing and the odd hiccup aside I have really enjoyed it. I worry that there is limited promotion on the main site though.

I bought a bike with Aksiums. Eventually cracked the rim and replaced them with Fulcrum 3s, but they are dependable wheels. Don’t know if I was faster, but the Fulcrum 3s felt better and I lost the brake rub I would get sometimes when out the saddle. There are some good deals about.
If you have the money I would go Fulcrum 3s in your position.

Also the points weren’t revised after Froome and Porte had their time ammended to the same as Mollema. Surely they both should have picked up more points than Quintana?!Although given the times for GC purposes the stage results have not been amended. If you go to the official website stage results you can see this.
Having both Froome and Porte it my team I would have preferred them getting more points, but I can’t see how you can do something different to the official results. So I don’t think it can be revised.
Just glad I brought in Mollema and had Quintana too.
It is just another factor that can’t be predicted when we select our teams.

i managed (don’t ask me how) to submit a randomly filled team for stage 1. Looked at the results I thought I had a reasonable result and then looked at the scores in horror when I found out who I actually had. Took 5 transfers to sort it, but top 10 today.
TdF picking up after a very average first week. Top 10 standard today.
it can be cruel game though.

I bought a Kinesis Racelight T2 18 months ago and have not been disappointed. I use it for a similar commute, winter training rides and did a 4 day trip round the Westrn Isles last year with a rack and panniers added for light touring.
I like the fact it has race geometry and I can get a set-up like my best bike.
Some great deals on it avaialble. I bought a complete build like this
which is great value at £600. Didn’t think much of the tyres and the pads on the Tektro brakes need an ugrade, but these are consumables anyway.
Probikekit have some discounts on Kinesis frames at the moment too.
If I change this in the future I might go Kinesis again. 4S with discs.
