What grinds my gears is that
What grinds my gears is that they ‘declare a climate emergency’ and then just go ahead with building more roads.
They’ve previously had to restrict traffic at the Hambrook junction due to poor air quality and there’s been plenty of collisions there including Tom Harris: https://road.cc/content/news/cyclist-suffers-brain-damage-after-collision-282293
But yeah, just keep on trying to optimise for cars and pretend that the planet isn’t burning…
Edit: found an earlier quote from a council spokesperson about plans to deal with the excessive ring-road traffic:
We are investing £160m over the next four years to reduce congestion and emissions, improve cycling and pedestrian routes, facilitate faster bus journeys to future proof our road network and provide travel options. The aim of this ambitious programme of work is to get our road network ready for major new housing and business developments as well as making sustainable travel options a more attractive choice so that we can keep people moving now and in years to come.

Definitely sounds like
Definitely sounds like bleeding it should fix it. That Epic kit should do the trick – I’ve got a similar one that uses the funnel instead though the description on your link says that the syringe replaces the funnel (it would need to screw into the bleed port on the lever).
Having the bike upside down is likely the problem so you’ll need to use a bike stand or similar when you do the bleeding as it’ll need to be the right way up. It’s quite easy to bleed those brakes – just follow the instructions with the kit or look it up on YouTube.

The comments on nation.cymru are much better than we seem to get on local English news sites.

A man was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink after the vehicle overturned on Gilbert Road in Redfield, but he was later de-arrested while further enquiries are carried out.
One witness claimed the car smashed into two parked vehicles, flipped on its side and then hit a parked van.

And you’d be surprised what you can find down the local store

I’ve been doing my own research (i.e. found some videos on YouTube) on EMP devices:

But yeah, cameras are more to improve general road safety rather than providing direct protection although drivers may take more care if they spot that you’re a cyclist with a camera.

Strangely, that was just a link to their copy of the image (as opposed to downloading it and then uploading it here), but I’m not trying to rob them of any squirrel-related proceeds.

I like the Clevedon road – that’s nice for cycling along, but not so good for when I want a more direct route.
