They DO and WILL ride with
They DO and WILL ride with the older generation, that’s how they test their legs and get into it. But the days of short 10 mile TT’s are coming to an end with the younger guys.

Because they all want to be the next Wiggo or Cav, they go testing their legs on longer Sportives and rides.

Its not until you actually start racing and trying to get points for licenses that many turn to TT’s for some prep.

Being as your in Nottinghamshire, I’d guess there are Sportives on most weekends within a reasonable distance, that’s where everyone seems to head now.

Exam time and young riders are not into “old skool” TT 10’s are the weekend.

They are off riding centuries 😉

    Banking transfers CAN be
Banking transfers CAN be worth it….BUT I used them on the wrong guys.

Its good if the couple of stages before a rest day are similar and you have a decent team. It means you can store transfers to change the whole team.

I only saved 5 for tomorrow. But I was well out of the running after the first couple of stages 👿

It is NOT pointless, its in the fairness of the game. It happened last season and should happen again.

He needs ALL his points taken away. Whether you picked him in good faith or not. He was entered by his team into the Giro in good faith…look how that turned out.

IF a rider in any of my remaining races gets the boot for doping….expect him to lose ALL of his points for the tour

I’d like to know where it was
I’d like to know where it was agreed or decided for it to be changed this year…..

I can’t find it. I know it was agreed for people DQ’d from a stage, but not chucked off a race for doping reasons.

You wont be getting them back
You wont be getting them back if its cancelled.

I have 3 transfers, but I would love to keep them and have 5 for the final sprint.

The ONLY person the cancellation is helping is Cav and his red jersey 😉

I thought it was still the same for doping this year, but for DQ’s like Gavazzi was different 😕

I think she is getting a
I think she is getting a slight hard time for what has happened. Threats, maybe losing her job.

She needs a lesson in social media and PR, like getting rid of that solicitor (who’s most likely doing it to further his career in the limelight)

But as no-one but her and the cyclist know what really happened and his story is dodgy at best….He landed on the bonnet and then in the hedge, but was still upright on his bike….

Leave her alone now and let it serve as a nice lesson to others
