I rode it last week actually, you have to be several levels of insane to think it’s a good route when the water level is even low, when it’s that high as in the news article, what on earth are you thinking?

Just to be clear this is literally just a cut through on two parallel roads that join up with each other less than 1km further on.

how about, drivers, you reflect that you’ve had a good run down the years with getting land / coastal land dedicated to your pretty much exclusive use you on the rates?  If you can meet the costs of running a car, I’m pretty sure you can also afford to park it.

I measured on Google maps, 45 spots = 354 ft = 108 m, so 7′-10.4″ or 2.4 m per spot, which is exactly the number given by British Parking as the normal dimensions.
