Latest Vulpine Cycling Fete takes place on Bastille Day

The next summer cycling fete from Vulpine finds new home and goes French on 14th July

London cycle clothing brand Vulpine will host the Francais Vulpine Cycling Fete on Bastille day, 14th July, at a new location in La Cloche at The Lion in Teddington. This is their third cycling fete, after first setting up at the Balham Bowls Club in South London last year and then at Manchester earlier this year.

There’s a French theme to this year’s cycling fete, as it not only resides in an English pub run by a French restaurateur, but it’s also taking place on the  same day as the Tour de France tackles the Mont Ventoux. Let ‘s hope they've got some TV screens to show the action.

Like the two previous cycling fetes, it’s completely free to enter and takes place between 12 and 6pm. So you can completely immerse yourself in a slice of French culture without leaving South West London.

As with previous editions, there’ll be an eclectic gathering of cool cycling brands and this edition will see the likes of Bobbin Bicycles, Saffron, Enigma, Rusby Cycles, Rich Mitchelson, and many more. There’ll also be be entertainment from Rollapaluza, bike maintenance demos from London Bike Kitchen and bike parking, so you can cycle to the fete, courtesy of cyclehoop.

The Bicycle Academy will be doing a live frame build, very much like they did successfully at Bespoked Bristol, offering a rare chance to see a frame being made by hand up close and personal.

If we've whetted your appetite, head over to Vulpine’s website to find out more www.vulpine.cc

The website says:

"Rebecca J Kaye
