Senseless and barbaric attack....... Were they being ironic?
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/russia-embassy-lorry-cra...
Video of it is here: https://twitter.com/rtenews/status/1500838594671529993?ref_src=twsrc%5Et...
how the heck?? RECAP: Car hits house after crashing through wall in Pensarn + video
The reporter on this story must have been having a really slow news day - scroll down to see updates every 5 minutes for 2 hours.

Down from London much?

What was the car involvement though?
Yeah, but see it from their point of view...
And there's also one in Liverpool

There ought to be some kind of annual mandatory mechanical check as well.
So you're saying that cars are actually sacrificing themselves to bring crimes to light? ("Police discover huge cannabis factory after car smashes into Cardiff house")
Hackney one though - clearly bloody cyclists again. You can see that a bike ripped out the bike rack it was attached to (taking out the wheel of the bike behind it) and tore straight through the shop window.
Where is that ?
Knoxbridge. Here's the cafe co-owner adding value to the whole thing: "The A229 is a dangerous road, it is notorious for accidents and fatalities. Due to it being very straight outside the cafe, motorists tend to gun it down the road."
One day, a loss adjuster is going to say, "well, we can't pay out for all of the damage here, you see it's a dangerous road, and if you look at sub-clause 15(d)(h)(viii) you'll see..."
How could the bus stop be hit? It appears to have hi-vis stripes
Lol at the second comment on that story.
No people involved whatsoever.
Presumably popped in to pick up a paper (and a special offer Twix) at the cashier-free till.
Intrigued to note that the headline takeaway is apparently the crashing into WHSmith, and not so much the other car which somehow ended up on its roof...
Is crashing into the gates of embassies a new internet "challenge"?

No damage to the railings.
Almost - no sale
I don't understand?
‘These streets were built for horse and cart – not HGVs’: Johnshaven resident’s house hit SIX times in a year by trucks
And there was me having a nice fly-through of the place on Google Street, it looks very nice and peaceful.

We need the full article to know for sure.

The car thought to have hit the house in Cranbrook Street this morning
wow, what was your first clue?
I see the problem now, car was travelling quickly on this straight road, but saw the cafe sign too late to slow down and pull in to the car park.
It must have been poor visibility due to the overhanging trees shown on Streetview
Yes, I wasn't expecting the car on it's roof when I read the headline. Maybe it's not uncommon in the area
The scene of the crime - does the car park next to the pub (l) have anything to do with it? Otherwise, seems to be a bit precision reversing through the gap in the railing.
My guess is that the offending cars are DFLs - especially given that the pictures are on a nice, sunny summery day.
