Are Tailfin still trading?

I put up the cash for the next generation Tailfin seat/saddlebag (the in-line one) at the London Bike Show in the winter and was told it would be ready in May. I've sent two emails over 10 days and tried calling but heard nothing back. Are they just on a long lunch or has anybody else heard from them? Were they still taking pre-orders at the Bristol Handmade show?
