I want to thank everyone who filled in my survey. Almost 300 surveys have been filled in and it has been a major help for my research!
The winner of the titanium seat post is Matt Atkinson, congratulations.
Agree Johnny, Cancelled mine when the last 'Such and such is having his tea' comment wound me up too much .
PS. Can I be pestilence?
You're not the only ones. Cyclists seem to use strava in preference to Facebook.
I dont use Facebook anymore after getting pissed off with the amount of banal rubbish that people post on there rather than getting on with living or more importantly riding.
Non-Facebookers of the world unite! Are we the 4 horsemen?
Their web page has some silly mistakes and in particular the claim that titanium doesn't suffer stress fatigue... explain the crack in my titanium frame top tube then please Pilot Cycles. They also mange to get density mixed up with weight - titanium might be less dense than steel but a kilogram of titanium ain't no lighter than a kilogram of steel (or any other material).
Link worked.
I'm on Facebook even though (shock) I'm not young.
Liked the Pilot page.
Dang, I was hoping I was the only entrant!
I filled in the survey, but also have no chance of getting the seatpost, as I too have no truck with Facebook.
This is starting to seem like a theme - "Ti Bike Riders Reject Facebook Shocker!"
Link doesn't work for me - Facebook is for girls.
It worked for me but told me at the end I only stand a chance of winning the seatpost if I like them on Facebook. Which I'm not on. Thanks...
Hi Anne, your link isn't working for me.
This article supports titanium!
