ITT problem

Lots of the riders are from the team WC which means we can only pick 2 of them. With this budget we need about 6!

no, there's no restriction at all. there never is with the world champs itt/rr

Another problem - when I clear all my riders in my purist team, my budget is only 148 credits, but in my standard team its 150. That's a bit weird.

that IS weird. however, if you pick a random team the budget should reset itself, then you can pick the team you want

restriction on number of riders per team should be gone now
