Competition Prizes
Don't want to fall out with anyone but wondering who to contact regarding the Vuelta Pais Vasco overall prize. Do the prizes just take a while to be sent out? Have used the game contact email address and tweeted Dave, but still no answer.

Since the danger goes up with the weight of the vehicle, if we apply the same approach, shouldn't the limit for cars be more like 2mph or something?

I have now received my prize for the Giro – thanks Dave!
I still have not received my buff from the Tour de Suisse though.
Plus I am also waiting on some sunglasses from a more recent race, but I can’t remember which race/stage!

Who are you chasing? Who runs the game? If Wiggle sent the prizes then why can't the folks tell the prize winners what is happening regarding their prizes? There is no way it should take this long to find out so I say something is amiss.
I might have missed a post regarding this but it isn't clear to me who has the prizes to chase.
What I do know is that I emailed the address provided for info about the game and have been completely ignored. What kind of service to a paying customer is that?

A few more weeks go by and I'm still waiting. At the risk of going on too much, I've said so before on this thread, emailed road.cc. No reply. I know it's only a stage win but if you're going to offer prizes are my expectations unreasonable?

That's good that Wiggle got back to you but i guess we're still none the wiser as to what's causing the major delay and when we can actually expect to receive our prizes.

So Wiggle got back to me.
At the end of each competition, a free of charge order is placed, which gets shipped to road.cc. Who I presume then send on to the winners.
I got my glasses from the Giro a couple of weeks ago.
I've just had a word with them, they are going to look into it and get back to me.
As I told them, it isn't reflecting well on Wiggle, currently have lots of disgruntled cycling fans that are not happy!
u know what! I think I'm going to speak to Wiggle about this!
Now over 2 and a half months since the Giro finished and still no sign of my prize...has anyone received any of their prizes recently??

Hey guys - I live in Australia and have won a couple of prizes - one as far back as the Giro, but nothing received as yet. Is Wiggle sending to Oz? Cheers.
My tour of Romandie jersey came a couple of weeks ago, but not sure I put down size L - just need to add one or two sizes - or hope the current regime will get me to the required size
