This Sunday Cadence is hosting a group ride into the Kent lanes led by Matteo Carrara, who has just retired as a professional with Vacansoleil. Matteo spent 12 years in the pro ranks, gaining a wealth of top-flight experience in training methods, diet and bike fitness that he can now pass on to you during what we plan to be regular group rides from the shop.
