Course description: 3 routes offered – 1) Mammoth-Roach 90 - a tough 90mile expedition to the wild Roaches in north Staffordshire, 2) Midi-Roach - a hard 60mile round trip and 3) Mini-Roach - an easy 20mile country lane ride

Routes fully way marked with arrow signs, First Aid marshals available, timed race results published online
Food stations: 3 on the 90, 2 on the 60. Food at the finish for the 20 mile route.
