Challenge yourself at one of Sussex and Surrey’s leading cycle events and go that extra mile for hospice care. Whether you choose an energetic, chip-timed 40 mile, 60 mile or our 10 mile family-friendly nature trail route you are guaranteed a stimulating yet fun day out with friends, family or work colleagues.
All routes are on roads or cycle paths, marshalled and well signed and there are feeding stations along the way for you to re-charge. You will be congratulated at the finish with a welcome reception and well deserved medal.
It is just £30 to register for the Big Road Ride and children under 16s can ride for FREE. We will also be welcoming entries on the day at £35 for adults.
We ask everyone who takes part to raise as much money as they can towards local hospice care. However, if you are not raising sponsorship from this event, we would encourage you to make a donation towards hospice care at St Catherine’s. Just £46 can provide a patient with an hour-long visit by the Community Nurses, allowing patients to be cared for in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their own home. £62 can cover a counselling session for a bereaved relative whose loved one has died at the hospice. Help us make a difference to these people lives.
