For our second day in the area, we will be offering riders a slightly tougher course than Saturday's ride, with the same fantastic event offering. Starting in the heart of the Mendips, we're ideally set for a scenery-rich day of challenging riding. The route first heads north around the lakes of Chew Valley and Blagdon, before a spin out to the coast at Sand Bay and Weston Super Mare. Riders will then turn back and head East, finishing with an ascent of Cheddar Gorge. This is a great summer challenge that will offer something for all level of cyclist.
Of course we know that particular rule is very flexible - in some places drivers crossing solid white lines and failing to collide with cyclists...
