It's easy to prove a positive- the successful Lancashire (or anywhere else, I'm always asking but they never reply} submitter sends the link to the online offence video and the letter from the police stating the penalty that's more than the joke letter or course, or the result of the court case. I'm still waiting. Conversely, its very difficult to prove the negative that the police have done sod all. But, they haven't

Chuck an empty plastic bottle, get fast tracked through the court system and receive a 2 year prison sentence. Plow straight into someone through dangerous and incompetent driving, leaving them with serious injuries and get a hundred quid fine (who knows if he'll even pay that?) #twotierjustice
