As a half-decent ex-swimmer who loves road cycling, as well as having previously worked on Triathlon Plus magazine, you’d have thought that Ash would be a fairly ace triathlete. His times suggest that he would be, but he prefers to keep things on two wheels (or in a rowing boat these days), and firmly believes that a) bikes are the modern global transport solution staring everyone in the face, and b) bikes should never be named.
