The Llandegla Red route is the longest trail on offer at 23km, taking in plenty of singletrack climbing and descending as well as spectacular views over towards Snowdonia.

It shares the first big climb up and out of the centre with the Blue Llandegla route, winding gently but steadily upwards on a broad off-road singletrack before descending down, with a few options to take jump lines and boardwalk elements. It’s possible to add on the Llandegla Black loop if you fancy a bit more difficulty and climbing. this rejoins the Red a little further along, so you don’t miss out on too much of the trail should you choose to do that.

There’s a little more climbing before you get more descending options for either jump lines or singletrack before you wind back towards the centre.
