The Straducale Gran Fondo in Urbino
So you think you can climb?
This one is for the climbers, and if you missed out on getting a spot in the Maratona Dolomiti, then the Staducale is the Gran Fondo not to be missed.
It starts in the ancient walled, university city of Urbino.
With the Tre Monti climbs of Monte Petrano, Monte Catria and Monte Nerone it's the ultimate test of the Straducale.
A charming but very tough race.
The Gran Fondo is of 200 kilometers with an altitude gain of 4,600 metres.
There is also alternative shorter routes of 130 and 73 kilometers.
