I’ve run tubed Conti 4 Seasons 28mm for 7 winters and only just binned them for new ones. Well I lie, I’ve kept the front as a spare for emergencies.
In all that time, on crappy Cheshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire roads I only experienced 2 punctures...until before Christmas when I got two back to back. They were very worn and the new ones feel completely different...!
+1 for Hutchinson Sectors. I'm running 32c tubeless on the winter bike. So far, so good.
Pro One is a race tyre and too fragile for riding crappy lanes. I've used Hutch Sectors and they're as tough as old boots, very reliable, but for me a slight question mark over wet grip. Schwalbe G-One Speed is fabulously comfortable and suitable for light gravel duties but as mentioned above does wear fast. I just today put on a pair of Hutch Fusion 5 11storm all weather in 28mm. They feel supple and fast, I'm hoping they'll be durable too.
I had a sidewall failure on tubed pro ones which lead to a blow out. I'd done less than 100 miles on them. Compared with the Conti GP4000 I usually run, they seemed very fragile.

(I also went from the Schwalbe Pros to them as well, but my issue was that the Schwalbes were a bit slippery in the wet).
I think the Schwalbe Pro Ones are the best and worst thing to happen for tubeless. They won plaudits for being super-plush and fast, but effectively led to loads of club riders running full-on race tyres on our crappy British lanes. Cue loads of discourse on tubeless set ups being faffy and puncture-prone.
I junked another set of Pro Ones last week with 30 cuts and holes (all sealed well with Orange Seal).
Both my bikes now shod with some much more suitable Hutchinson’s- and I’ve got over two thousand winter km on the first set with only one or two minor jobs for the sealant to do. And by the time I’ve got rattly ‘guards and a crapton of road grime on the bike, I can’t feel any loss in rolling resistance vs the Pro Ones;)
Fusion All Seasons and G-Ones (as Tony above) both seem well respected. I run the mid range ‘performance’ Fusions, and they’re good too.

I use the Sector 28 in winter, can't fault it. Robust enough to do some light gravel and with plenty of grip, doesn't roll too slowly either. Fingers crossed they'll last me til Ronde Van Vlaanderen next year.
Depending on the amount of clearance you've got I'd recommend the G-One Speed - I run the 30mm ones with full guards. Plenty of comfort and grip - only thing I'd say on these is that the rears seem to wear pretty fast - well, they do for me. Mind you, they won't wear as fast as those Pro Ones.
That said if you're bike's got the clearance I'd say the G-One All Round might be the one to go for - think the skinniest that's available in though is a 35mm. Have only heard good things about these, currently got a pair trying to see if I can squeeze on and keep the mudguards.
