Never seen this before:

This is probably worth looking into, Ridley make some good frames/bikes I believe:

Sometimes these are on ridiculous offers well within your price bracket, old frame design though:

The Calibre Nibiru is the same frame as the MEKK Poggio 1.6 (2013), search for the review on this site. I've got the MEKK and like it, it's survived some crashes, one that could have killed me. I've upgraded to full Shimano 105 groupset, so I would recommend the Nibiru 2.0, both have better handlebar and seatpost etc than the MEKK.
Mine weighs around 8.4kg with aero wheels, security (aero) wheel skewers, carbon handlebar, carbon seatpost, flat pedals, bottle cages and Continental GP4000SII tyres.
That said, I'd probably wait a month or two and get something designed more recently but "last year's" model in the sales, it's bound to be better.

Mine has been fine over a few thousand miles though.
Press-fit bottom bracket, so it might start creaking at some point. Mine started after new groupset but has weirdly disappeared since.

Decathlon BTwin and Boardman are very much worth a look also at that price
