Apart from the colour scheme the frame and spec look the same as mine which is a Ridley Helium C20. Mine dates from 2005 has full Shimano 105, came Fulcrum Racing 7's and 4za finishing kit. The seat post looks the same as mine. Tried to attach a link to a bike shop page that describes the spec http://www.ilkleycycles.co.uk/60866/products/2015-ridley-helium-c20-105-...
hope this works
Looks very much like a Helium. Ridley do a custom colour scheme making it difficult to age.
The frame looks the same a this 2014 Helium that Cycling weekly looked at
http://www.cyclingweekly.com/reviews/road-bikes/ridley-helium-race-bike
but I can't see any on the interweb that colour or graphics style so it could have been custom painted or of course a knock off.
Well it's got 5800 105 fitted so it can't be any earler than June 2014 for a start.
Not exactly true - groupset could've been bought separately as a later addition.
