Shim 105 composite pedal sticking

I've noticed I have a sticky pedal on my Roubaix SL4. The pedals have barely done 200miles, and I'm surprised its just on the one pedal. Is this something I can repair myself, or take into the LBS where I bought the pedals.
Thanks in advance

Best video and advice for servicing pedals found here:

But personally, if I had pedals from my LBS and they failed after 200 miles, I'd pop them back and have a word with them... I'm sure they'll sort them out for you!

You should be able to find plenty of videos on how to service shimano pedals on youtube. I was looking to service my shimano spds the other day, but then thought not to bother after seeing the video. I think there's a special little tool required to take the spindle off. I imagine its cheap enough to get hold of.
