Shropshire's own Tour of Flanders offers 2 fully signed routes, paying homage to the Belgium classic. The longer 73 mile route has 13 classified climbs with total elevation of 6208 ft. to test the participants’ ability, the shorter 51 mile route still has 7 classified climbs and 4038 ft. of elevation.
Starting from Stan's Cycles in the historic market town of Shrewsbury and taking in the stunning hills and the beautiful countryside that South West Shropshire offers.
The longer route offers a feed station, though not on the shorter route.
Refreshments will be available before and after the event at a subsidised extra cost in Stan’s coffee shop with a Belgium theme and live coverage of the Tour of Flanders being shown.
Info for Riders:
Start times will commence from 09.30 for the longer ride, staggered at 5 minute intervals.
Start time for the shorter ride will be 10:00.
Signing on will be from 08:30.

The Route will be well signposted and will be available to download.
The two routes use open roads therefore the highway code must be followed at all times.
