Join Standing Together Against Domestic Violence for our 7th annual cycle fundraiser to raise awareness and money to help end domestic abuse. On average, 2 women are killed per week due to domestic abuse, totalling 112 women murdered per year in England and Wales. Help end the abuse by cycling with us this year!
You can choose to participate in our 'Challenge Route', a 112km bike ride, or 'The Roundabout - Cycle', a 11.2 mile cycle route or, for any runners, 'The Roundabout - Jog', a 11.2 jog route! It costs £10 to register and we ask that each participant raises at least £112 to go towards more research, improving the response to domestic abuse and ultimately, reducing the number of homicides due to domestic abuse.
The ride takes place in Windsor Great Park on the 6th of June at 8:30 AM and we have fun prizes and gifts for all of our riders! Find our more information at our website, http://www.standingtogether.org.uk/footerlinks/standingtogetherthe112/
or check us out on Facebook (Standing Together Against Domestic Violence) or Twitter (@STagainstDV).
Looking forward to riding with you and your support of this great cause!
