No Hopers

    After a relatively poor Giro…I was thinking how difficult (or easy) would it be to pick a team of “no-hopers”
    e.g. for the Tour de France pick a purist team that that scores the fewest points
    But you have to use up all of the available credit (or leave less than 5)
    (no 3.0 riders throughout!)

    I really wanted to pick
    I really wanted to pick Bouhanni with the expectation of him abandoning by the time a stage he could go for came up but didn’t have the nerve. That would have taken care of a fair chunk of the budget.
