B'Twin 300 Lubricant is a cheaper option to many lubes out there. It's easily applied and will keep your chain and derailleur running smoothly.
Made in France with the only ingredient seeming to be 'lubricant', it's a no-frills lube. To use, clean your chain as you would normally, cut the top off the nozzle – which is long and thin, making application really easy – and apply to your chain links. Its viscosity is just about right, but have an old rag ready to catch the excess as it can come out a little fast until you get used to the flow.

The bottle gives no indication as to how long to leave it before a ride, but you can just use common sense. Use it at the end of a ride and it'll have plenty of time to penetrate before you go out again. When I left it overnight and used my bike the next day, everything worked smoothly. Gears shifted with ease and felt the same as when I had used more expensive lubes. I rode my bike in wet, dry and dusty conditions, and the lube did a good job of minimising dirt being attracted to the chain.
After a week or so of riding, the chain had started to get gritty and needed a good clean. Weekly applications are probably needed to ensure best performance. I rode in excess of 150 miles in a week in mixed weather, but it's possible you could go longer between applications if you cycle in dry conditions and for fewer miles.
For the price of £2.49 there isn't really a bad thing to say about this lubricant. You probably won't go through it twice as fast as anything twice the price, even with weekly applications (more so during wet/winter weather), making it an excellent choice.
Verdict
A cheap, no-frills lubricant that could replace your more expensive one, but may need more applications
