Fizik has changed Arione saddle
I just got a second Arione saddle from CRC, since I like the first one I have so much. But the design has changed. My old one has a separate strip of suede like material up the middle. The new one I was sent has a single piece cover with an area of small perforations in the central strip instead. The new design might be more durable, but I thought the point of the suede area was to provide a bit of grip.

i hear all sorts of good things about the arione but i've never really got on with it myself, despite trying really hard to like it because i think it looks pretty sweet. back to the spoon every time
Oh, looks like they have sent me an older model. I'll be sending it back. It is pretty confusing with so many similar models.
