Come and join us for a short road ride with likeminded cyclists from your local store. This mini sportive format features a fully waymarked route just like our regular RIDE IT sportives but to keep the cost down the events are manually timed and with the shorter distances there's no feed stops on route. The route heads south of Reading on cycle paths until you reach the M4 crossing and the freedom of the open roads. Continuing south as you skirt around Stratfield Saye Park and then on to the Roman town of Silchester where you can pop in and look at the old wall and amphitheatre. Culture done, it’s time to head back to Reading via Burghfield Common and the gravel pit lakes.
