Simply spray-on and rinse off: Fenwicks Fast Blast Degreaser is an easily applied and super efficient drivetrain cleaner.
Coming in a handy aerosol, Fast Blast gets to work straight away at dislodging the nastiest bits of road gunk off your drivetrain – just spray, wait 30 seconds, rinse and repeat until clean.
Road grime starts to dissolve immediately, and with a bit of agitation from an old tooth-brush chain-rings, mechs and chains are brought back to shiny life again. I, uh, deliberately, let my drive-train get extra manky to see how the spray coped, and it took two applications to get it looking smart again – about par for the course.
As with any spray it's easy to get carried away with applying it, but with restraint it's an effective and good value cleaner – just make sure you've got something underneath to catch the crud.
Verdict
Easily applied, good value drive-train cleaner, capable of clearing out the most severe of road gunk.

I suspect the advice to “just make sure you’ve got something underneath to catch the crud” wll often be ignored, with the “crud” ultimately being washed into domestic drains or the run-off from any number of sportive car parks.
Personally, I use a chain cleaning device, a paintbrush and recycled rags, tip the solvent-free cleaning fluid from the chain cleaning device onto the used rag, dispose in the dustbin, which then is ultimately burnt in an energy generating plant at our local recycling centre.
We mustn’t damage the environment, just to save a few minutes cleaning time.
