Shimano’s latest Gravity Enduro (GE) and Gravity Flat (GF) series have hit the market, bringing with them a range of performance shoes boasting updated outsole features and a broader size range. The two series have been designed to cater to the diverse needs of the aggressive trail, enduro and downhill mountain bike riders and promise unparalleled control, performance, and comfort in technical terrains.

The GE series features SPD-compatible shoes, for optimal on-bike control and improved grip on slippery hike-a-bike sections, thanks to the Ultread GE outsole which also features a moulded pedal channel to maintain a stable shoe-to-pedal connection even when riding unclipped on technical terrain.

The GE700 follows, offering trail-ready performance with the same Torbal 2.0 midsole for better control on technical terrain, but also lace closure. Lastly, the GE500 and GE500W strike a balance between performance and casual comfort, making them ideal for various trails. The GE series is priced between £120 and £220.
