Minardi, yes the purist overall comp is very interesting; the gap to 1st has closed considerably due to Bob not having Jacobsen. My only hope is that a 20 man breakaway wins stage 4, otherwise I think Bob will hang on, with Dope Strong 2nd. Sorry.Looks like Bob will hang on now, Visconti didn’t do anything.
I need Trentin to crash and Ben Swift to show up in the last 2 stages to have any chance.
If Kragh Andersen goes well tomorrow DopeStrong could be in with a shout. I fancy Jakobsen again tomorrow.

Two seasons ago the standard competition was decided on the last day of the season & the long standing leader lost out by just one point.
I won last season’s purist because the guy above me didn’t renew his enrolment and missed last years Tour of Guangxi.

Have had a lot of trouble getting the scoring process to finish. My apologies to all; I didn’t send out stage score emails, hoping this would help.Stage 2 is still not properly completed, and I will try again in the dead of (your) night.
Stage 3 is completed. Note that I have been using the results from the official UCI website. There was supposedly 2 cat 3 climbs, but the KOM classification hasn’t changed, so I’m assuming they weren’t there. (And they were shown on the profile in the middle of a flat plain).
I watched highlights of the stage which showed the intermediate sprints but no KoMs.
The race website and the UCI website both show the KoM standings haven’t changed since Stage1.
Going on that I would assume that there weren’t any KoMs in Stage 3.
Hardly matters as i bet very few didn’t have him. The big difference was Drucker i would imagine. I went with him in purist but not in standard.Unfortunatley I swapped Drucker out at the last minute and replaced him with Garcia Cortina.
Drucker’s positioning has always been excellent and his recent form is good but I thought Garica had a better lead out and has slightly better form over the season.
I think the 3 point riders will make a difference too. I based my picks on young riders but it now looks as though they scrapped that competition for this year

I think the English language Cyclingquotes gave up, although you can still something from the same people if your Danish is good enough.
If you use Chrome web browser there is an option to translate webpages to English.
I read Feltet.dk using that.
Other previews worth reading are CyclingMole on twitter https://twitter.com/cyclingmole although he also runs a cycling betting syndicate and he may leave his top betting tip out of the preview. The bookies usually change their odds after reading his previews.

The 2nd sprint was after the final Cat1 climb, Biermans was dropped by then.
The official results show Tratnik won the 2nd sprint and as a result was most active rider of the day.

Watching replays it appears Greipel was near the front of the bunch up until the last 3km and then disappeared. Bauhaus felt ill so Sunweb let Teunissen sprint instead.
