    Comp is now open. 80 transfers for 16 races.

    A lot of races aren’t anouncing routes or releasing profiles to limit potential spectators, so be aware, some of this info will be last minute and not as complete as normal. Only quick fire races are this weekend, so don’t forget about Kuurne after Omloop.

    Just coincidental Tony. Out

    Just coincidental Tony. Out of interest, did you have a dither on anything for today.

    Mine was Aranburu, Laporte and Vendrame or Matthews, Laporte and Mohoric.

    Just some general comments;

    Just some general comments;

    Dr Winston, I notice we pretty much pick the same riders; could be a problem for me later in the year.

    11waterloo, triccky 100 & Condor Andy; how about you join the “Forum Scorum” league. It makes it easier to keep track of what the forum guys are doing. It was started many years ago by TER as a separate comp, but got to be too much work and morphed into a simple league.

    11waterloo, I tend to agree with your comments of 2 weeks ago about 1 day races. I enjoy planning the transfers of stage races. 1 day races are a quick pick; having said that, I do reasonably well at them.

    same changes as you,

    same changes as you, seriously considered Ballerini but went for safer option with Matthews, worked out OK. Brilliant win by Stuyven but how awesome was Caleb on the Poggio, fantastic ride…

    No, I actually contemplated making no changes as all my Strade team were riding, but  brought in a couple of tough sprinters (Laporte & Garcia Cortina) who are riding next race and who predictably got me nothing! Fantastic race to watch though (excluding the first six hours)

    Without a doubt the most perfectly balanced finish of the whole year.

    Ouch. Just seen my brother took out Stuyven….very ouch.

    Got up early but still missed the transfer window. have the top three anyway.

    doesnt help the enjoyment of the game  now I’ll probably just forget it.

    Really hard to call. MVDP, WVA and Alaphilippe know exactly what they have to do to kill the sprinters off…..and theee of them are so good at it. The race is already on schedule to be the fastest ever…all driven by the Jumbo, Alpecin and QST…so no doubting the tactics….

    If it’s moved to the Autumn

    If it’s moved to the Autumn then we’ll update to say it’s cancelled and run the update with an empty start list. Removing it from the comp causes issues. Fingers crossed for Paris-Roubaix.

    Paris-Roubaix looking less

    Paris-Roubaix looking less than certain now as France moves into tighter restrictions in that area. Fingers crossed.

    Looks like Eschborn-Frankfurt

    Looks like Eschborn-Frankfurt has been moved to 19th September so maybe has to come out of Spring Classics? It must be a real pain administrating the game with calendar chopping and changing & fully understand if you decide to leave it in.

    Yes, Rivi’s team confirmed

    Cycling news has Ballerini,

    Cycling news has Ballerini, Rivi and Van Der Sande at 17,18 and 19th. The official site is ambiguous in that it has 2 riders in positions 17,18 & 19.  PCS and the official UCI results show the above 3 riders DNF, and Venturini, Mollema, GVA and Bardet at positions 17,18,19, 20 respectively. So probably a change needed.

    Minor stuff, but I think GVA
    Minor stuff, but I think GVA and Mollema might be short of a few points.
