Comp is now open. 80 transfers for 16 races.

A lot of races aren’t anouncing routes or releasing profiles to limit potential spectators, so be aware, some of this info will be last minute and not as complete as normal. Only quick fire races are this weekend, so don’t forget about Kuurne after Omloop.

As a caution. I’ve not seen him miss a deadline before, so he might have something he’s waiting for…or nodded off.

Thanks Doc. I wasn’t aware of that!

I saw that this morning when a few cycling sites posted it, but it now seems less clear cut. L’Equipe is saying a final decision has been deferred until next week while further discussions take place….. who knows?

I think you’ve understood it well enough. “It’s becoming a certainty. Paris-Roubaix will not take place on 11 April.”

Good man. Next stage to be scored should include you in the league. In fact I can see you, adholman & Condor Andy lined up ready to go. (I manage the Aussies and Forum Scorum leagues).

    Exactly the same as my

Exactly the same as my thoughts. I dismissed Schachmann, after thinking about him, because he just felt a bit short on a flat finish. I went on previous finishes in the end for Matthews and Mohoric and form for Laporte. I thought both of Laporte and Vendrame, had I got him, would have done better. I keep Meeus as my 3.0 but he’s an easy swap for an obvious 3.0 in the next one.

I notice a lot of players drop the 3.0 enabler in the one day races in favour of a full squad.

    My initial thought was

My initial thought was Schachmann, never Bennett or Ballerini, but then Matthews has been in good shape and came 3rd last year.  Mohoric has been in top 10 two years in a row.  Laporte is in top form, cheap and in next race.  Couldn’t find a decent cheapie, so I left Sivakov in.  So no dithering.
