Put together the schedule for this and ready to go with the first few races, fingers crossed. Subsequent race distances, profiles and deadlines will be added in in due course.
Tricky thing will be the values. Hopefully the defunct Spring comp didn’t mess too much up. Maybe only those riders who were down on the start list. Lesson learned for the coming months to remove all riders from a start list if a race is cancelled.

On Wednesday 7 October, the 60th edition of De Brabantse Pijl is on the programme.  Given the current health situation in Belgium, we as organisation call on you to follow the race at home. It was therefore decided not to release any information about the course.

The game was arranged in such a way that I doubt many did have Roglic did they? It would have meant Pogacar > Roglic or ditching two form riders for a nervy looking Roglic pick and Kamna.  Hirschi, Kwia, Ala and co all made themselves hard to ditch.

Nobody tempted by Van der Poel?  He is down to ride next few races in series even without Amstel Gold,  but would have meant taking Pogacar out for me, so had to resist temptation!

Teuns for me as well (along with being sucked into the Bagioli hype)Was a decision between Konrad & Teuns in the end – went Teuns purely because he is one of the few riders listed to ride LBL & Brabantse Pijl. As usual, longer term planning generally unravels on me!

I was in the same place this morning that cancellations were coming, but didn’t have an opportunity to re-select.  Some obvious names for the L-B-L not riding today.

With Amstel Gold decision, probably can go all out with transfers from here.

I didn’t pick him because I was worried he might not last the distance…as so often in the TDF…but a real big winner today was Dan Martin. Really good to see. 

I wish I’d known Dumoulin was just gonna be on a Sunday club run, having said that my dither today was him or Kamna…so wrong either way.

Went all in with eight, had got a plan to have pretty much same team for today & LBL but a few decent riders skipping today has made that look less certain. The Brabantse Pijl always has a few World Tour teams missing and who knows if Amstel Gold will happen – all this with the Giro rumbling on!!! My wife wonders why I bother such are my endless moans!!,

Made 6 for today, could have / should have made 8.

If all the races happen 6 was probably the right strategy, if some don’t 8 would have been.

Amstel Gold the obvious issue now, though P-R has some doubt too.
