His performance could be explained by saying he is not now racing against dopers?
Just because he is American and linked to Bruyneel doesn’t make him a doper.

Or is it just a load of Ball-ox?? Someone somewhere has discovered an undetectable ELIXIR??

Clearly he’s being spurred on by his memories of the Spanish-American war.

That’s a strange definition for talent you have there….how many dopers? There’s even a hint/whiff of those that weren’t.

obviously how much of certain
obviously how much of certain of those names’ palmares is down to pure talent is a matter of some debate 😕

Hmmm…pretty much the only
Hmmm…pretty much the only American of “that” generation that hasn’t fessed up to doping, friend of (and apologist for) Armstrong, 41 years old, putting out 6.3kW/kg on a climb that destroyed a peloton half his age, climbing out of the saddle for 7km with little sign of physical effort, dropping GC contenders such as Nibali, Valverde, Rodriguez, Basso, etc, like they were 41 year old has-beens.Yep, it’s definitely because he’s finally been allowed off the leash. By a team that, until recently, was run by Johann Bruyneel.
I don’t know whether to laugh or cry.

Maybe he was the best clean
Maybe he was the best clean DS you could expect on a team of major dopers. Tough to compete against the likes of those he rode for, clean or otherwise. -
