    Could be carnage if it’s wet.
    Could be carnage if it’s wet. In the GCN preview video, which I think was only filmed a few days ago some of the puddles on the pave sections were enormous.

    Going to be an interesting stage wet or dry. Last time the Tour went over the cobbles the front group at the finish was an interesting mix; classics riders like Hushovd, Thomas & Cancellara, but also GC guys: Evans, Andy Schleck & Hesjedal.

    We will have to wait to see which of the specialists get the freedom to go for the win and which will be forced to shepherd their team leaders.
